Ingredients
This platter includes Dutch Gouda Old, Dutch Gouda, Danish Blue, Irish White Cheddar, Irish Red Cheddar, French Emmental, and French Brie cheese. It is served with cherry tomatoes, imported red grapes, rye oats baguette, multigrain baguette, pretzo cheese sticks, goat cheese with garlic & thyme, cumin 3 seeds crackers, cranberry sauce, artisanal cheese pesto, marinated olives with thyme, unsalted walnuts, Turkish apricots, prunes, and presented on a 40cm round glass base.
